RMB is inviting applications for an IT Systems Analyst role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on technical execution. The position involves collaborating with Business Analysts, developers, project teams, vendors, and business users to support and enhance production applications. The successful candidate will help drive infrastructure planning, optimize application performance, and contribute to long-term systems architecture. Responsibilities

• Assist in promoting shared infrastructure and application roadmaps to reduce costs and improve information flow
• Ensure roadmaps have validated targets aligned with business objectives
• Partner with business and technology experts to translate requirements into technology solutions
• Develop roadmaps in line with stakeholder needs and RMB’s change process
• Coordinate annual roadmap sessions to manage initiatives
• Align roadmaps with BT priorities and business partner needs
• Liaise with stakeholders to provide information and resolve queries
• Manage and deliver projects and provide feedback
• Manage project resources to ensure successful delivery
• Act as an internal consultant during solution design and execution
• Assist in translating strategic decisions into business solutions
• Contribute to long-term infrastructure roadmap development
• Adhere to system development lifecycle processes and frameworks
• Prepare solution design documents that meet system and security requirements
• Produce requirement specifications, technical documentation, test packs, and training material
• Provide input into budgeting processes
• Plan and manage workflow, anticipate obstacles, and meet objectives within timeframes and quality standards
• Stay updated with legislation and industry developments

Qualifications

• Four to five years of experience in Business or Systems Analysis
• Bachelor of Science in Computer and Information Science or Bachelor of Technology
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++ is advantageous
